Reservation Process:

Select Your Picnic Details

  1. Go to our Picnic Styles page and choose your favorite picnic theme/style!

  2. Elevate your picnic even more, check our picnic add-on options in our store!

  3. Select your picnic location and fill out our booking form with all of your picnic preferences.

  4. Review our Rental Agreement/Liability Waiver.

Finalize Details

It’s the little things that matter, so we take care of the details. We’ll reach out to confirm your requested picnic date/time availability and to gather any additional details needed for your reservation.

Once we finalize your preferences for your lavish picnic experience, you’ll be sent an invoice/contract with our rental agreement.

The signed contract and a 50% deposit will lock in your luxury glamping picnic reservation!

Check-In

We’ll reach out the week leading up to your picnic reservation with a friendly reminder that your picnic date is drawing near and to see if any final adjustments are needed for your reservation.

Final Payment

The final payment for the balance of your luxury glamping picnic experience is due no later than 72hrs before your picnic, but don’t worry we’ll send out a reminder.

Once paid, you’re all set to enjoy your one-of-a-kind picnic with the people you cherish!

We handle all the setup for your pop-up luxury bubble suite picnic at the reserved time and location.

We’ll text a Google location pin of the exact tent location while we’re setting up.

Arrive with your guest(s) for the hand off of the easiest Instagram-worthy picnic experience you’ll ever have!

Take some photos to share, have fun, & enjoy your picnic in a lavish environment, while supporting a local small business at the same time!

Note: Please DO NOT leave the tent unattended in public at any time. Your picnic coordinator will be a text away if you need anything.

No need for cleanup!

You can literally walk off into the sunset after your picnic!

We arrive at the end of your 2hr picnic event to clean, pack, and pick up the tent and event items!
